Frequently Asked Questions
1. What happens if I dont pay my account on time?
 

Nothing if you let us know and discuss a financial arrangement with us. If not you will receive reminder letters/phone calls incurring costs outlined in the terms and conditions you signed on delivery. If we still cant make contact a visit will occur for additional costs.

2. Will I get an invoice each month?
 

We provide an invoice for the first month on delivery, if you require one every month let us know. We prefer to email them to customers.

3. Can I apply online?
 

ust choose the items you require and click on checkout. Fill out the application form after that step and will get back to you THAT DAY.

4. Can I purchase the goods?
 

We will be happy to provide a quote for purchase. Please contact us.

5. What if any item is faulty?
 

Simply report the fault to us and a repair or replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.

6. Can I extend my contract?
 

Unless we hear from you the rental will continue on a month-to-month basis until you are ready for us to collect.

7. What if I need to terminate my contract early?
 

If collection of the rental goods is required prior to the expiry of the minimum rental period shown on the Agreement, then all outstanding rental payments until the end of the contractual period will become payable immediately.

8. When can you deliver?
 

Once you have agreed the quote and arranged payment, we will arrange delivery on a date and time to suit you. We deliver and collect weekdays between 8am and 5pm. If you need the goods outside these hours, or on the weekend we charge a little more.

9. What are the payment terms?
 

We require payment before or on delivery, we accept Cash, Cheque or bank transfer. We only require the first month up front + delivery and collection costs (unless you are on a 6-12 month contract where you do not pay delivery/collection or admin costs)

10. When can you deliver?
 

Once you have agreed the quote and arranged payment, we will arrange delivery on a date and time to suit you. We deliver and collect anyday between 8am and 5pm.

11. Do you deliver everywhere in WA?
 

Yes, we offer a statewide service, although the delivery charges will depend on the destination.

12. How much notice do you need before delivery?
 

We ask for 2-3 days notice but can usually fit you in next delivery day.

13. What is the minimum time I can rent for?
 

There is no minimum rental period although a minimum charge of one month's rent applies.

14. Can I get new goods?
 

All goods on a 12 month contract are brand new.
